ORDERS
You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.

SIZING
All pieces are unisex, and the sizing is based on Scandinavian sizing for men. Please read carefully size information given on each product description. If you hesitate at all which is the correct size for you please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. We do not deliver multiple size variations on the same style.

PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices in the online shop are in euros and include the Finnish VAT 24%. Finnish VAT is included regardless the shipping address.

Our payment methods are presented below:

  • Stripe
    Via Stripe payment service you can pay with all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

  • Paypal
    In order to use PayPal payment method, you must have a personal PayPal account from which the money transfer is done. Once you have registered and entered your credit card details, you can shop online with just few clicks. Read more about PayPal on PayPal’s website.

HANDLING & DELIVERY:

  • Delivery in Finland: no fee. The estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days.

  • Delivery within the EU: 15 €. The estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.

  • Delivery outside the EU: 25 €. The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Please note, that if you are ordering outside EU, the customer is responsible for all customs costs and duties related to the delivery.

We reserve the right to a longer delivery time if, for example:

  • The product is a special order with a set delivery schedule. This will be indicated in the product information.

  • The product is out of stock and will arrive at a future delivery date.

CANCELLATION OF SALE & RETURNS
According to Finnish law, if you´re not fully satisfied with your order, an item can be returned to the seller within 14 days of the receipt of delivery by the customer. All returns are at customer´s responsibility and expense and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, because we are not responsible for a lost return shipping. Please send us the tracking code for the return by email: dusty(a)dusty.fi, include to the message your name, order number and list of products that are being returned.

The customer will receive a full refund on a product return only if the product is in saleable condition and unused, and if it still has the original tags attached. We reserve the right to charge a fee to compensate for damage if the item is used. The price of the product will be refunded within approximately 30 days, but not before return of the product has been confirmed (the product has been returned to us, or, for example, we have received a notice of delivery from the post office).

Costs for an undeliverable order:
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee for any return costs incurred from an item that is not deliverable or was not picked up from the delivery service or post office.

The seller’s right to cancellation of sale:
We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery is not possible, for example, if:

  • The product is no longer being produced.

  • Material is no longer available for the product.

  • The webpage has experienced a problem.

  • The information on availability is wrong due to an error.

In these cases, we will contact the customer and cancel the order.

Our confidentiality policy is updated on a regular basis and we are ensuring full confidentiality regarding your personal data. We are responsible for any personal data delivered to www.dusty.fi and we only distribute personal information to our e-commerce partners if it is in connection to the service we are delivering to you.

COLLECTING INFORMATION
DUSTY is collecting information about you when you are actively filling in information on www.dusty.fi, signing up for our newsletter, making a purchase, participating on a competition or any other activities in relation to DUSTY's e-commerce business.

For example, we collect and store name, address, email address and other information in order to deliver our service to you. Furthermore we collect and store your IP-address and information on your traffic on the website. We use cookies and gather traffic information on the website.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes here on this page.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
Finnish law will be applied to all matters arising under this User Agreement. All matters arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Lahti, Finland.
